Who’s behind The 180.

A group of doctors and medical professionals who came together to build something genuinely useful for you. We keep our names quiet on purpose, so the teaching is judged on its evidence rather than on a personality.

Why we teach.

Hand someone a meal plan and a workout, and within a fortnight most of it is quietly abandoned. We start somewhere more useful: understanding.

We teach the why

Six months spent learning how your body actually works: what genuinely moves the needle, what the research supports, and which bits of popular advice you can safely set aside.

Led by a doctor

A practising doctor writes and leads every part of the course. Each claim is one we’d be comfortable making in a consultation, with the evidence to back it.

You build your own routine

Once the principles make sense, you assemble something that fits your life, your schedule and your goals — not a plan written for someone else.

Education, not treatment.

We take that line seriously. It isn’t small print to us.

What we are not

We’re not a clinic. We don’t diagnose, prescribe, or build a plan around your particular body, and we’d be wary of anyone claiming they could from a website. For anything clinical — symptoms, medication, a worry that won’t shift — your GP or NHS 111 comes first. Nothing we teach replaces them.
